In my case, my neck and shoulder started to feel much better after the first appointment and back to normal after a second appointment a week later. He provided home exercises for me to relieve any tension I felt at home. I felt so good in myself I now go monthly to have regular treatment everywhere even though my neck/ shoulder pain has now been relieved.
